The push-fit KLVS flap valves are made from stainless steel and are configured without flap-cover monitoring. Four combinations of nominal connection and hose sizes between 50 and 76 mm are available. Each variant specifies a particular NW pipe side and its matching HOCS hose connection, allowing the required dimensional pairing to be selected directly.

The KLVS series comprises push-fit flap valves made entirely from stainless steel. It offers clearly coordinated combinations for pipe and hose connections and, according to the product data, has no flap-cover monitoring. The appropriate valve can therefore be selected from the two nominal sizes and the specifically assigned connection components.
Available nominal connection sizes range from 50 to 76 mm, while nominal hose sizes also range from 50 to 76 mm. The range includes equal-size 50/50 and 76/76 mm combinations as well as stepped 63/50 and 76/63 mm versions. Each variant states a fixed NW dimension for the pipe connection. Matching HOCS connections in sizes 50, 63 or 76 are specified on the hose side.
When selecting a model, consider the nominal connection and hose sizes together with the relevant connection arrangement. This clearly shows which pipe side is combined with which hose connection. Every variant shares the push-fit design, stainless-steel material and configuration without flap-cover monitoring. Differences are confined to the documented dimensional combinations and assigned HOCS connections. The KLVS range can consequently be classified precisely by the required pair of dimensions.
